“SCHULDENKRISE ESKALIERT – Irland in Aufruhr, doch Europas Retter stehen bereit”

This headline is quoted from today’s edition of the German Handelsblatt. A daily newspaper mostly featuring news of politics, economy and finance. It’s one of the few daily printpaper that has increasing numbers of buyers and subscribers. Almost every other magazine or paper is going the other way.

So we already know about the vanishing paper, but where do the people east of the Atlantic get some information?

The German top 5 (minutes per day):

1. Radio    (… in the background and in elevators?)
2. Television
3. (daily) Newspaper
4. Magazines    (… at least gossip needs you?)
5. Internet    (… surprise?)
