No stereotypes: German Comedian Michael Mittermeier in New York!

Are Germans and Americans different? Similar? It depends on the topics? Both sides like to laugh. And can even laugh about themselves. So, what’s the problem.

German Comedian Michael Mittermeier from, well, Bavaria, tried what only a few Comedians did: Crossing the Atlantic. Judging by this clip and a related comment by YouTube user CazuLynn (“Awesome! His accent IS striking but he did an amazing job!“) it was rather successful.

 

Mittermeier live in Canada at Just for Laughs Festival.

Recently Michael Mittermeier, born 1966, was involved in the 2010 documentary “This Prison Where I Live,” featuring the Burmese comedian Zarganar who was imprisoned by his country’s military junta for speaking out against them.
