“Kunst, Wahrheit und Wirklichkeit” is the subtitle of the recent exhibition at Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin – running until June 24. And art, truth and reality is what you get there. Art by many artists such as Damien Hirst, Gerhard Richter and Ai Weiwei present some of their work there.
Creating art from daily media. Photography from newspaper, magazines. All that remixed and brought to another meaning.
Artist Julian Schnabel created a rather spooky world of photos. All of them showing “Crazy People” from lunatic asylums. Obscure and and posing questions… A video and more images after the jump/below…
