It’s even a little more international as usual in teacher Mathias Fehn’s class this morning at a Cologne grammar school. Among his students, all refugees or young people coming from foreign countries like Syria, Greece, Italy, Iraq and Spain, are five students from Liverpool University – all of the them future teachers.

Ayuda: New movie – maybe tomorrow’s blockbuster

It’s not only Hollywood that makes good movies. Even before Florian von Donnersmarck’s “The Life Of Others” won an Oscar, my country over here was well-known for its good movies.

This one is a newcomer project. Young and creative people – mostly students – gave their talent, money and also almost health (the director had a hearing loss) to make this movie reality.

“Ayuda” is about 18 year-old Marilyn Otre who was found haltered in an ordinary house somewhere east of the Atlantic. Many people and some more motivations to kill her make it much more difficult to find the murderer. If there is one? A police officer starts to investigate…
